A Note on the Fairness of Tcp Vegas

چکیده

This paper shows that TCP Vegas’ fairness critically requires an accurate estimation of propagation delay. We also show that, in practice, this may be difficult to achieve and we discuss how to choose the parameters and that control the window sizes’ update.
